Take a look in the exercise guide and estimate your mets by comparing it to other sports.
Exercise is like meditation. The more you do it, the easier it becomes.

How long do you all work out for?
It depends on the type I do. Usually 25-30 min of weights and/or HIIT. I really like a free website called fitnessblender.com. Lots and lots of different types of workouts and lengths there.
