eating a lot less than i thought

i just realized im only eating 1360 calories! and using 2700 calories/day. im thinknig this is why my fat loss as slowed down after losing 15 lbs... any help?

What help do you want? Eat more! Eat quality foods. Your dinner looks tiny. Get some tilapia in there, throw in a few eggs, make a nice sandwich? I don't know. Most people have trouble cutting calories. Putting more into your diet is a great thing. you can enjoy some really nice meals. Personally, I'm able to eat incredible amounts of food, so I have no problem filling my requirement.

I was like you, eating low calories, and my weight stopped losing, too. However, i increased my calories, i eat every time i want. I feel full all the time. Then, my weight started moving Wink

cider vinegar
I find cider vinegar tough to drink with just water. I put a tablesppon of cider vinegar with a skimpy tablespoon of honey and add 7 oz hot water for soothing drink.
