I felt so good this morning stepping on the scaling and weighting in for the first week. I lost 3.6 pounds! Of course, i wished for more but I will take the 3.6 pounds. I am very happy with myself and I am starting to feel so much better. I think a lot of it is because I know I am eating healthy and exercising!

Well I just had to share my excitement with you ladies/guys!

that's the best feeling! i actually enjoy it so much that i look forward to "weigh in day" all week!
