Okay, tracking my points is a lot of double entering

I am so frustrated. I am spending so much time with tracking my food and then journaling my points that it is way too much work. Maybe I should stop using Fatsecret altogether, it may take less time.

How is everyone else coping, without paying weight watchers to do what Fatsecret used to do.

I hate all the tracking too. I fought doing it for a long time, before getting into the habit of it. I still find it annoying but look at it now, as an activity that takes up some of the time I might have used to have a snack I shouldn't have.

I've come to enjoy it. I like looking at my calendar and seeing all the successful days in a row. It's empowering. On the days I don't feel like doing it I try and think of it like an alcoholic who has to go to meetings or a diabetic that has to take insulin. It's part of the treatment for my condition. Yes, it's a pain but it beats the terror of waking up and wondering if your pants are going to fit!

I have a good idea of what I should be eating and how many calories, so when FS dropped the points counting, I just dropped it too. I also have habit foods that are certain calories/points, so I rough out my eating plan based on that, record food here and that is it.

Just tried it out today. Any chance of having the option to see the columns side by side instead of over laying? Because I'm low carbing, when I tried it I couldn't see my carbs, as it was hidden ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
