You're consuming a lot of empty calories. Don't you think that calorie space be better spent on something more "healthier". I suggest you wean yourself off of them. The more sugar you have, the more you crave. It's a vicious cycle that you need to break.

I can't figure out how many calories that would be. But, I'd step down gradually. Try to cut it in half, and then half again, and then half again until you're down to 1 lolly.

50g of sugar is approximately 200 calories. If you are eating a bunch of those a day, getting 300g of sugar, that's 600 calories a day for "nothing"

Not to mention, all that sugar candy is terrible for your teeth...

That is really bad for your teeth. I agree with sooki, wean yourself off. And maybe replace them with something better. Eat a strawberry or apple piece in place of each one maybe. Or make some frozen juice pops, then you can suck on something.

I agree that you should ween yourself off the sugar. There are a lot of better ways to spend those calories!

Empty calories are those with no nutritional value- like candy or soda. You'd be much better off if you switched to fruit.

Not drink booze anymore is what I assume started this anyone that has cut alcohol, smokes, anything bad for them goes through the oral fixation/sugar craving period. So with that being said, I agree with LisaMWitt try freezing juice in ice cube trays with pop sticks. Good luck!

That's a lot of sugar. Most of us are sentitive to carbs and this is pure carbs. I would go cold turkey, its the only way. trying to ween yourself off seems like a good idea but your mind will always say "one more won't make a difference". I suggest cold turky and the weight will start to drop. You have to do this for your health.

Good luck.
Be happy.
