No doubt this is better than HCG.

It's so simple.

You only eat pickles and drink water all day long and I guarantee you will lose weight.

Evil or Very Mad

The point is no matter what the fad, juice fast or HCG or the Water/pickle diet you lose weight in the beginning because you hardly have any calories.

We could make up thousands of fad diets that would all work in the short term.

How about the mustard/dandelion diet. Make use of the weeds in your yard.

Anybody have any other "diet: ideas?

Here's one:

Eat only orange coloured construction paper on Tuesdays and Thursdays, on Monday and Fridays eat only the rind of cantaloupes, and on Wednesdays and Saturdays eat only plastic buttons, and as a treat on Sundays - eat the curdle from the old milk that's been sitting in your fridge for months.

It's what ALL the stars are doing these days - it's called the "Pica Slimming Plan".

Well I for one LOVE the Pica Slimming Plan and you are a jerk for questioning MY diet. It's none of your business what other people do and you should support me in my cantaloupe rind eating or shut up.

By the way, if anyone wants to know where to purchase orange construction paper, PM me!

I've lost 50 pounds in 10 days! It is AMAZING and I would recommend it to ANYONE. Yes, my hair is falling out and I look disgusting because of the loose skin and dark circles under my eyes, but who cares!? I'm 50 pounds lighter! You should try this! It's a miracle.

Obviously the Pica Slimming Plan is low in calories... but high in fiber!

Question though... could junk mail be substituted for the construction paper if it was the right color? That would be like having food delivered to your house!

absolutely not. You must follow the protocol 100% or it won't work. However, I can show you the website where I purchased mine for the low price of $79.99 for a week supply!

I've also lost weight on the Pica Slimming Plan. An added bonus is my entire house has been redecorated with recycled paper mache art!

The Pomegranate Diet:

You must eat exactly 6 Pomegranate seeds per day. NO MORE, NO LESS! If you DO eat more than 6, you will be sentenced to live in the underworld for 1 month for each seed you eat over 6.

k8yk is absolutely right - you MUST follow the 'Pica Protocol' 100% or it won't work.

If you aren't losing the weight fast enough, you are not doing it right.

My doctor supplies me with medical grade paper and buttons, but you can order it online. Just look under 'Pica' to order, and you too can begin losing 50 pounds in 10 days!

Please do not message me that this is a dangerous diet, I've researched it and so has my doctor and there have been many studies about how healthy it is.

It's amazing!

The PSP does NOT require you eat construction paper, and if you'd bothered to read the literature, you'd know that. I use an all-natural homeopathic herbal version called "Papier," and it's 100% safe and prescribed by my doctor, who also happens to be the world's leading expert in nutrition, diet, weight loss, hair loss, hearing loss, dentistry, cabinetry, prestidigitation, and mechanical bull riding. And I'm not getting paid for ANYTHING that you know of.

Jessie - You are obviously doing the European version of the PSP, which has not been approved in North America. Your doctor has impressive credentials, but I doubt he attended the extensive 2 day seminar on how to increase his revenue through aggressive promotion of the original Pica Slimming Plan.

If you would like to know more, please contact me and I'll refer you to a health care practitioner who will supply you with the correct paper and buttons, and they'll even administer them in the doctor's office! The rinds and curdled milk can be purchased at many herbal supplement stores, but make sure they have the official 'PSP' logo on them as there are many unscrupulous scammers out there.

How many calories are in each of you prescribed buttons? I got the generic kind so I might need to eat more of them! Has anyone else been experiencing anal leakage? I must not be following the protocol correctly Sad

if you are experiencing anal leakage, you are drinking TOO MUCH water. Generic buttons are fine as long as they have 4 holes in them. not 2 or the little knobby thing on the back. drilling extra holes doesnt work,..
