I think you will. I too phased out Atkins a week ago and I was terrified that I would mess up my metabolism. Well, thank God it didnt
I was afraid of feeling hungry as well. I am not, honestly. Spread your meals, 3 main meals and 3 snacks and increase the water intake, thats how I managed not to feel hungry and I am losing weight.
It helps if you try to visualize and think positive as well. Sounds silly, but somehow your subconscious works in your favor.
