That sucks. I hope I don't have to go that low. I'm 1800-2000 right now, but just completed day one AGAIN. I hear people saying how hard it is to reach their RDI, I think the opposite. Will I loose my hunger after awhile?

I think you will. I too phased out Atkins a week ago and I was terrified that I would mess up my metabolism. Well, thank God it didnt Smile I was afraid of feeling hungry as well. I am not, honestly. Spread your meals, 3 main meals and 3 snacks and increase the water intake, thats how I managed not to feel hungry and I am losing weight.

It helps if you try to visualize and think positive as well. Sounds silly, but somehow your subconscious works in your favor.

What a relief to find that this has happened to others. It's an annoyance to have to change the calendar every day or to find that entries have disappeared.
