Okay Fat Secret users on WW, it is time that we let the FS Admin know that we want our points back. WW is the number one diet used on this site, yet they remove the one tool that we need to be successful. I ask that you email the Admin and request that they bring back the points because it makes no sense to alienate your largest group of users.

Don't blame FS; blame WW for wanting to make money out of a diet.

I'm guessing WW put a stop to it.

Upsetting, I know, but I'm with the rest who say it was most likely ww's doing. Points are trademarked by ww and I'm sure this app is contributing to loss of marketshare for their online program.

The effect of denial...
Good luck. These things are habits, get entrenched and give you a simple fix for energy. But they are just habits and you can substitute in better ones over. Best of luck!

Anyone know any low-carb or no-carb snacks?
The above is a good list of suggestions! I personally love jerky. It's low in fat, high protein and takes effort to eat, so it slows you down! If you're looking for a snack, it's a nice one ...
