I reported a bug in how the Weight Watchers points were being calculated and they completely removed the Weight Watchers Points tracking from their website.

I suggest everyone send an email to Fat Secret on the Contact link at the bottom of the screen and tell them you want the points tracking put back!

If you have an iPhone there's a really awesome points tracker called iwatcher. It also calculates food points. It's .99 too!

Likewise. RDI doesn't take anything but calories into account and does nothing to encourage keeping fat intake lower and fiber intake higher. I'm sure it works for some, but I've lost a ton of weight doing WW over the years and now have to start thinking in entirety different fractions.

This is a huge business opportunity for Weight Watchers or someone else to grab a portion of the people generating revenue for FatSecret.

I was soooo disappointed when I logged on to my diet calendar today to discover FatSecret no longer tracks weight watchers points!!! This is the only reason I am using this site...I've tried counting calories, it DOES NOT work for me, points are the only way I've ever had any diet success! I feel especially bad since I've recently recommended this site to dozens of my friends who track points as well. FatSecret, whatever you need to do to get these back please do it!!! I don't want to have to look for yet another diet site!!!!

I wonder if Weight Watchers made them remove it. WW tends to get upset when websites use their system or come up with something that represents their program. It is the whole money issue. Maybe?

I wish they would put it back on too. I loved being able to see my points and calories together. One of the main reasons I used this site.

So I begin tracking my weight watcher points and RAVE about the ease of fatsecret...and they remove that option. What do I do now...my issue is not having the time to sit and count the information for each item I eat. I dont know what I'm going to do now. This is devistating...Please put back the points counter!

Not being able to see the Weight Watchers points here has made this site totally worthless to me now! It was SO much better than WW because of it's extensive content. I'm so disappointed! And the auto generate response to my email doesn't give me any hope that they are going to restore the WW points, either.

I think the removed the point calculator because of all the criticism that has been going on about the other types of diets some fatsecret members decided to use. I’m almost sure someone complained about these particular people. I think they feel if they cannot support all, then they cannot support any.

I think WW complained about this site! I don't think it had anything to do with the members.

by the way, on the android application you can scan your food and it will tell you calories and points value, and you can just add it after, very useful at the super market.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
