I'm planning on buying my own treadmill to use at home. I'm curious to know what is a good treadmill? I'm looking for something that's not too expensive but also inclines, and has something of a screen to give me some info on what I've done. I've been looking online and there is like a billion out there!

Resistance exercises in the home for a 50+ female
Pilates changed my life and mind and it is WONDERFUL for someone with back problems. Great for strength and resistance training.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
