Running really does help your mood :)

I can get quite depressed sometimes and there have been a few problems in my life, so what I find helps is to do some running alone, somewhere were you can be who ever you want to be, to feel free and that really helps get me back on track and I feel more confident. Can get you in a good frame of mind where your more positive and determined - have more self belief Wink

I totally agree. After a stressful day at work, nothing takes away the pressure like running Smile

yeah, I'd never really been running before, I'd made every excuse not to, but then my friend said that it was really good and would help me, so I went running and felt so much better, so now I'm setting challenges of how far I can run lol Smile

you know that commercial in the movie, "what women want" or whatever its called with mel gibson who works at an ad agency. i love that commercial. so true....
