shirataki noodles?

How do you cook them? Anyone have any good recipes? (vegan would be great!)

They don't need cooking, but they say if you boil them for a minute it will soften them up, because they have a chewy texture. I stir fry mine in a pan with a little olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, green onions, mushrooms and green papper Smile YUM!

I <3 these to no end! Like sheri said, parboil them and make sure you drain and dry them completely (dry roasting works best for me). Then I fire up a non-stick pan with a little broth (vegetable broth for you), cut up zucchini, mushrooms and onions. I sometimes add some more broth and water to make a ramen-like soup. Yummers!
