My daughter just brought me a "Droid" and among the apps was this wonderful app which turns my phone into one of the easiest ways I have ever seen to track my diet. Love it!!! Needless to say, I am new here... hence the "Introduce Yourself" post. I am almost 44 yrs old - bday at the end of the month Smile I am married and have three wonderful children and two beautiful grandchildren. Between the Iowa winters and a back injury at work a couple of years ago... I have gained a little more weight than I feel comfortable carrying around and besides... summer is coming... and I just got 3 new swimsuits, 2 while visiting my daughter in California and one from my best friend for Christmas... so I would really like to wear them this summer. I have joined this site because A. My phone is a really cool toy and I love playing with it Smile B. I think this is a really great site to share tips, receipes, get some support and if I make a friend or two in the process of losing weight... just another added bonus Smile Great to meet you all Smile

wow, that is really high! i can;t imagine anyone being to maintain with that kind of caloric intake unless you are an Olympic athlete?!
