Hi Everyone: I have been on the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet and I really liked it. I would go on for a week and then stop because I was weak when it came to friends offering me food or maybe because I am a social eater! I really like this diet. Does anyone have suggestions on recipes and how to stay on this diet? Look forward to your comments. Thanks

Alright, I feel like I'm trying to sell this as I've mentioned it to others a few times before, but I've found it has been so helpful... It's a podcast by personallifemedia.com, called "Weight Loss from the Inside Out", by Renee (something or other, can't remember last name). There are a couple episodes on friends and family "sabotaging" your diet and social eating. I recommend listening to it from the first episode on, because it is sort of sequential. She'll refer back to things she's talked about before. But, I skipped ahead to the friend/family sabotage one because I had the same issue and an event coming up, so I needed strength!! Anyhow, it has helped me. Good luck!
