There are a number of chair exercises on YouTube. Some are very slow pace so you'll have to find the one for you. I injured my ankle in October and reinjured it in November by starting excises too ...

What leg workouts can I do at home if I don't have access to a gym?
walking lunges and chair step ups. i often finish a workout by grabbing a couple 20 lb weights and doing 100 walking lunge steps. gives a good burn. :) i just seen my avatar. :( so skinny and white.
