I have to say I have tried other sites and some diets, I just didn't seem to have the will to keep it up. This is the first time I have used one of these "introduce" forum posts. I have some support at work, and I am sure that I can get support at home. I will try to keep up with my journal, and food and exercise entries. I know there are no over night cures for obesity so I hope to be in this, this time, for the long haul.

Well with all that said, Hello Everyone, I look forward to reporting my progress (and set backs) and hearing how other are doing. It is great to not be alone.

The diet and exercise journal is great for keeping track of food and exercise, and it also helps to find what a good caloric intake would be for your weight, height, and weightloss goals. Thanks a bunch, I know that most people (me included) do well with others looking over a shoulder and I know that others get to see what I eat (when i put it in the diary) and that will keep me from doing too much over eating. It feels like a lie when i don't put it in the diary and I don't like to lie.
