Hi, I'm lyn1946. It's nice to meet people who have similar weight problems just like me. We all know what it feels like to have a hard time losing weight, But I must say, the fruit this year has been so good here in Georgia that I haven't had quite as hard a time staying away from the sweets.

Hi Lyn, nice to see a posting here at Sassy Seniors. I am Linda and am 64 years old. I am looking for support to lose weight to mainly avoid taking blood pressure and cholesterol meds and inadvertantly, look good in the process. I have 34 pounds to lose and am a new member of weight watchers. I did make Lifetime many years ago, now ready to get back on track.

I have a very bad cold and feeling like crap but stayed on my program and drank all my water today. I have trouble with the water. The scales say I stayed the same yay. No work tomorrow, my starter is going out in my truck. I didn't turn to food or sweets. I would have before i started Atkins.
