I can eat healthy for the morning and at lunch, but then around 3:00 i start getting really hungry and crave high calorie foods. For example today I was hungry so i tried drinking water and having a banana, but it wasnt enough and I ended up eating spinach dip and pumpernickel bread...ooops. Does anyone have any good snack suggestions that will make me feel full?

Eating less at lunch and having a "Clif Builder's Bar" mid afternoon helps for me.

Apples!!! One Apple is one point- and it is really filling- you can do things to it to make it different- bake it- add cinnamon- add oats and bake- all kinds of things- but it will really carry you to dinner without taking away a lot of points

If you're hungry at 3-4, you're not eating enough at breakfast, morning tea and lunch. Start back at the top. And if you are hungry at that time eat protein rather than carbs. it will make you feel full and keep you going
of course a mix of protein and carbs is best- like cottage cheese on crackers? or a small tin of tuna and some carrot and celery sticks?

Maybe you should eat more for breakfast and lunch? Not sure what you're eating but if it is very small, of course you're going to feel hungry later.

If I get to that point I have a sandwich for 2pts. 2 slices of light bread for 1 pt. and 2 oz turkey breast for 1pt. Really takes the hunger away and then I'm not famished when I get home and therefore I don't overeat at dinner.
