Hi guys!

I was sorting out the oversized clothes in my wardrobe yesterday and thought it would be fun to make a video out of it.

Enjoy! =D

Wow minimuffin, that is incredible. You must be so proud of yourself. That is a lot of weight. You have lost just about 1/2 of your original weight, which is not an easy task. May I ask how you did it? What kept you motivated?
Welcome to your journey - May it be prosperous.

Dear Lord, You are the beginning and the end of this great narrative called history. Thank You for writing me into the story. Though I play only a small part, may I play it well. May I honor You with my days and my choices and may I truly know that Your grace works. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Thanks guys! =D

My secrets? It wasn't a diet; it was a new lifestyle ^^ Instead of thinking "Awww man, this dieting thing sucks, so much stuff I wanna eat!", it was more like "Aaaaalright! I'm full of energy!!".

How I did it? Pretty simple; eat well and move more. Wanna snack in the evening? Have some grapes instead of chips. Walk a little more instead of getting on the bus at the stop right in front of your place. It's all about the way you envision yourself through the process. Yeah, a big fat dinner would have tasted good, but I sure don't miss that "I ate too much!" feeling.

And obviously, the clothes were a big motivator through this. Going from a size 24 plus down to a 13 regular feels great =)

I'm so glad to hear that you lost your wieght by making better food choices. That is my plan (for myself and my husband). I worry though that it isn't going to work because the weight hasn't started dropping off too fast yet. We'll keep up with the plan. Smile

THank you DG! It was fun to see all the stuff I couldn't wear anymore. I gave everything away except for my 24 pants and a 3X shirt. I keep those to remind myself of who I used to be and who I do not want to become ever again .
