Hi everyone. This is my second week on Atkins. The firt week I lost 6lbs. Not any this week. I just registered to this web site to help me track what I am eating. My question is when you enter your food item and you see how many carbs you have eaten is that net carbs or do you have to figure it manually. Thanks!
