I play wii(console) almost on a daily basis with my kids and husband. We do no always play all the high impact games, but it is a form of exercise. There is tennis, bowling, swording etc. I want to know if anyone knows the calories burned during these games. They are interactive so thankfully the playing isnt done sitting on the couch. Need anyone's help! thank you

those games don't give you calories burned like the weight loss games do. You would have to count it as standing or light home exercise maybe. Just put in the amount of time you played and fatsecret will figure it for you. Of course it will be an estimate, not actual.

It's better than nothing and if it gets you off the couch then GREAT! I agree, enter it as standing or maybe slow walking.
