I found the best place for exercise...Quebec City!!! I moved to beautiful "vieux Quebec" a year ago, and have no car, so I have to walk...and there are hills everywhere. When I first moved here, just going to the corner store 2 blocks away was enough exercise for the day!! I've lost 48 pounds since I've been here, still have 50-90 more to lose. I try to eat healthy, but I don't stress out about it.
Has anyone visited this wonderful city? Does anyone else rely more on exercise than "dieting"?

Allo!!

I'm from Montreal and I hate forking over money for anything so no car or public transit in the summer, I always loose tons of weight from walking and biking on alll the hills! Quebec city is beautiful though Smile

I also rely more on exercise than diet i can if i get carried away exercises for HOURS but no matter what i do I always fail at my food goals!
