That's it, I had to research it !

Thirty minutes of sex burns 85 calories or more

165 lbs 30 mins = 158cal <- know idea if this is accurate but it sure is fun how many different action sex can have and what calories are burned for each <- same idea <- same idea but seems a bit more serious, different positions and types of orgasms included

so as you can see there is a wealth of info online, all of which does not match and has no consistency, I say do it as often as you want to and enjoy it like you should than secretly bask in the fact that it was also a workout Smile

For the purpose of logging it on this site, I would go with Dance (slow step) or Dance (fast step) depending on how vigorous you were.

You could always try wearing a heart rate monitor and get an exact reading! lol

Weight loss since starting.
