That's it, I had to research it !

Thirty minutes of sex burns 85 calories or more

165 lbs 30 mins = 158cal http://www.healthstatus.com/cgi-bin/calc/calculator.cgi

http://www.funny-games.biz/jokes/how-many-calories.html <- know idea if this is accurate but it sure is fun how many different action sex can have and what calories are burned for each

http://www.dailymuscle.com/2006/05/12/lets-talk-about-sex-and-calories/ <- same idea

http://www.c4vct.com/kym/humor/csex.htm <- same idea but seems a bit more serious, different positions and types of orgasms included

so as you can see there is a wealth of info online, all of which does not match and has no consistency, I say do it as often as you want to and enjoy it like you should than secretly bask in the fact that it was also a workout Smile

For the purpose of logging it on this site, I would go with Dance (slow step) or Dance (fast step) depending on how vigorous you were.

Yes. When you get the FatSecret result, simply type over that with the one you want. Theirs is horribly generous and does not allow fast weight loss. Consider this one: http://caloriecount.about.com/... ...

I did well today!!!!
thank you all for the compliments.... and yes, it was a choice. I felt a tinge of pity and guilt subjecting colleagues to consuming the donuts but I had to keep up the leaving do rituals.
