Seigan is my buddhist name. I am in Reno,NV.I don't love it here & will be returning to Boston in November. I am 5'2", 195 lbs, 56yo. We are healthiest @ our high school weight. My goal is to get back to 105. Seems extreme for where I'm @ now.I was 125 until 1997.I am a former ballet dancer so really it isn't to me. I need a lot of yoga, pillates, & probally social forms- ballroom. I am slowly switching careers and I will have more discretionary time & money. I need intense chiropractic before I do any exersise. My diet needs tweaking. For now I focus on recording every thing that goes in my mouth, portion control, making the right choices when I shop, label reading.I could eat the same thing day after day & be happy as long as I was progressing toward my goal.

Probably lowering your calories by at least 500 a day and eating clean is your best bet.

Good for all of us who are trying to lose.. Only 2 pds this week. want more but I know that's not how it happens. Ive heard if ya loose it slowly it will stay off... 35 pds down since august 4, 2015. ...
