online workout videos???

does anyone know a good FREE website that hosts workout videos?
i go jogging and i havent been able to go because of the ran and i cant think of any indoor activities i can doi i tried searching some videos on youtube and stuff and all i could come across was so lame 1 minute-3 minute videos.
i want to nice goo 20 -30 minute work outs
of course if nobody knows any good site do you have some excersize ideas that i can do inside?

also check your local library. you can borrow workout tapes for a week! and you can always renew it/them.

I also agree with youtube.com .- One of my favs is Tae bo workout of Billy Blank. There's for begginers and advanced. They're good for cardio and toning.

Go on youtube and search for Craig Ballantyne. He has loads of videos. Some are with weight and some are bodyweight but he has excellent advice re form and reps and his routines go by quickly. You can also find pilates and yoga--whatever you're looking for.

wii fit?
Wii Active is a lot more hardcore than Wii fit. Wii fit is more fun, working out but still has a light game feel. Wii Active is more like having a personal trainer.

Try doing everything the same but up your calories. Women's bodies tend to go into starvation mode when their calories go between 1200/day. The recommendation is for women to get between 1500 and 18 ...
