I dropped out a long time ago, and boy am I feeling the effects! I think I'm about 30 pounds heavier than I was when I started a year ago. Ugh. We finally got the Treadclimber upstairs, but I need to get motivated to use it. Using it seems to be a challange, but I think I just need to get used to it. Motivation, motivation, motivation!!!

Me too. I dropped out because I was having surgery and the doctor didn't want me losing weight, but now, I have gained it all back except 9 pounds! He sure didn't say he wanted me to gain weight. Rolling Eyes It's so hard, now, to get back on track.

I'm just starting out and decided to go with 2 challenges, no eating after 8, it started yesterday and the 10 lb. in 5 weeks challenge which starts tomorrow. I have never been on a website like this or committed to posting so I'm a little nervous about the 10 lb. challenge, which requires participation.

I'm reading this while eating some absolutely delightful fresh melon for breakfast. If the melon isn't soft enough on its own you could add it to a fruit smoothie.

Hmmm. Didn't realize plain yogurt was that high in carbs. I mentioned it because the friend who recommended it to me said her parents do it, and they are both on Atkins. I'm doing Paleo, but ...
