Try eating more food but exercising more, your body might have gone into survival mode. Check out http://www.nowloss.com/very-low-calorie-diets-will-not-work.htm for more info on how that works, but essentially losing weight is not about a lower intake of food, it is about eating the right foods and doing enough exercise. Try doing everything the same but up your calories. Women's bodies tend to go into starvation mode when their calories go between 1200/day. The recommendation is for women to get between 1500 and 1800/day.

Since you are not overweight start doing cardio and strength training. It will tone and firm your body, not overnight it will take time.
