I have not been paying attention to what I am eating, and need to focus more. I would like to connect with others who had Weight Loss Surgery and need to get back on track. I am starting a challenge on Monday is anyone is interested.

Hi Jennifer, you are a member of my challenge, right? I posted some tips on there with journals and a 5 day pouch test... both are great. I am from PA, but live in MS. My dh is in the military! How long ago did you have surgery? My surgiversary ill be on Oct 4h, and it will be 3 years! It is the best decision I ever made!!
