you may want to try this, it is more filling and about half the calories, plus more health benefits, just a suggestion
150 cal Parfait
3 oz of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or blueberries, you can mix and match)
1 serving of light yogurt(100 cal or less, preferably fat free)
1/4 cup of a healthy breakfast cereal(I use granola cheerios)
Layer everything alternating ingredients in a long glass or bowl and enjoy a 150cal satisfying breakfast!
