I have been Somersizing for years and have also looked on here for someone else following the plan. I havwe been very successful at maintaining my weight with the program on level two. But more importantly, I feel good when I leave the carbs alone and food combine properly. Would love to chat with you about it if you're still interested in the plan.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
