Today I start my own diet of
low fat 30 grams or less per day
low carb 120 pe day
high fiber atleast 25 grams per day

Atleast 3 times a week in the gym 1 1/2 hours each day. Hopefully will do 4 days.

I pormise my self this is a lifestyle change and that I will follow through. In prayers this morning I ask God to give me the strength I need to do all of this and I have faith that he will.

Thats one good thing about being on here. Everyone here has the same thing in common...to become more healthier. I must admit that having a support system is half the battle as well as faith. I see that u do have faith and u will do fine. Just know that u r not alone!

Powdered Peanut Buttter
I have some - I don't use it as much as I thought that I would. It's definitely not as yummy as an "all-natural" no sugar peanut butter. Maybe if I baked more?
