I have been on Weight Watchers now for 11 weeks, and yesterday I weighed in and have lost 20.6 lbs total! I made my first 10% goal! I am super excited, Weight Watchers is so simple to follow, and you can see that it really does work.

Congratulations on making your 10%!!! Hang in there and stick with it! I'm down almost 82 lbs since I joined in November 2008/ It really does work!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
