I have been on Weight Watchers now for 11 weeks, and yesterday I weighed in and have lost 20.6 lbs total! I made my first 10% goal! I am super excited, Weight Watchers is so simple to follow, and you can see that it really does work.

This diet suits me.
I do the 5:2 diet also, and have restricted my calorie intake on my feed days to only about 1200. Been doing this diet for quite a few months now and love it :)

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
