Ate some papa john's original crust 14" pizza. (bad food choice I know! but I'm more on a maintenance plan now... so I can get away with it here and there) I don't eat crust... it's just not the good part, and why eat extra?
I had three pieces, how much do you think the crust was? I figure if I estimate 20 calories a pizza crust, that's conservative... (so 60 total) but is it too conservative? Clearly no one knows, just wanted to get some opinions.
Thanks,
Lisa

I think 20 calories is a safe estimate. It's probably better to under-estimate than over-estimate, in this case.
If it makes you feel better, Papa John's is lower in trans fats than most other fast foods (assuming the articles I have read are to be trusted). A couple of slices of pizza aren't going to ruin you in maintenance mode, anyway.
