Last year I lost 30 lbs following the WW plan. Now, I count calories as well as WW points, but have a longer way to go (gained it all back over the winter--eep! Silly east coast winters). Looking forward now, moving forward now, and enjoying the relief my body is feeling back on the PLAN.

It's always just about the calories
30 years it took me to finally work out that every fad, tip, supplement, diet programme, book, celeb endorsement, family advice, friends knowledge is just making it harder to lose weight and keep it off ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
