Last year I lost 30 lbs following the WW plan. Now, I count calories as well as WW points, but have a longer way to go (gained it all back over the winter--eep! Silly east coast winters). Looking forward now, moving forward now, and enjoying the relief my body is feeling back on the PLAN.

Ice Cream Recommendations
I only have Ice cream every now and then so I don't really look at carb or calorie count of it I just have a small bowl

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
