Most vitamins are big. If you can't find smaller ones, just break them in half.

They also have gummi vitamins that are pretty nice.

I can't swallow huge vitamins either so I take Centrum chewable multivitamins, orange flavor! They really are for adults and they're very yummy. Hope this helps!

My doctor advised me to take the same ones as my kids (Flintstone chewables). Smile They have basically the same thing in them.
