Welcome aboard. I eat egg beaters, oatmeal, fish, fish and more fish. And even more veggies. I use Silk, it is less calories than skim milk and I like it better. Unsweetened cold cereal with lots of fiber. And water, drink lots of water. Do not let yourself feel deprived ever because if you do then you will binge. Moderation is the key. Be sure to record what you eat and how much exercise you do. It is a journey and we all struggle from time to time and that is okay. And we all slip and the important thing is there is always tomorrow to start fresh again. If you do slip don't beat yourself up, just start over. Everyone here is so great and supportive. Good luck.
