Hello everyone! I am from WA, I just joined yesterday and I'm really enjoying the site. I chose my nickname because that’s how I see myself, so it’s fitting I think.

Hi Newbies,,
This website is really great, try out all of the tools and find which ones work for you. I personally find the food diary the most helpful,,but I would suggest joining a challenge. Challenges help you stay motivated and you get to meet and talk to more people doing the same stuff you are.

It's a great app if used properly and within its limitations I used it for about 2 years and now I no longer have to as I have learned for myself....but it's a great tool
