Hi!
I'm a thirtysomething geek girl who has taken the big step to get off the couch and lose weight and improve my fitness. I am blogging about my weight loss/fitness challenge over at Spud On The Run.

I have taken up martial arts (Kung Fu) and CrossFit in an effort to increase my fitness and am on The Zone Diet.

Looking forward to getting to know all of you.

Welcome! I just started The Zone a couple of months ago and am down 15.5 pounds! 12.5 more to go before I hit my goal before July 6.

I'm incredibly intrigued by CrossFit - I hear so many awesome things about it!

I'll add your blog to my daily reads list. Wink

Good luck!
