Hi chozen! Wow! you have done great! 65 lbs gone! congratulations. I'm 22 and I'm always at around 137-144. Up and down in that range, which I'm not happy with. I wish to stay in the lower 130's I once dieted to 131 pounds and felt great. Now I'm determined to get there and stay there! We can be buddies if you like!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
