Hi everyone! I was excited to find this site a couple of days ago. I can tell it' going to be a big help while I'm trying to lose my last few pounds. Now I need some buddies to help keep me motivated encouraged and that I can do the same for. I'm a 29 yr. old from Oklahoma and I am currently using Weight Watchers. I started off at 205 and lost 65 lbs. by counting calories. However, I have found that the last 10 lbs. just doesn't want to So I am trying Weight Watchers. To be honest, I haven't been as faithful as I should have been, but I am now refocused. Not only do I want to lose the last few pounds but I want to keep it off. So, let me know if you'd like to be buddies. God bless everyone.

Hi chozen! Wow! you have done great! 65 lbs gone! congratulations. I'm 22 and I'm always at around 137-144. Up and down in that range, which I'm not happy with. I wish to stay in the lower 130's I once dieted to 131 pounds and felt great. Now I'm determined to get there and stay there! We can be buddies if you like!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
