Has anyone set up a circuit training program for themselves at home? I am looking for some ideas...

If you want a great at home program, look at P90X (I think its www.beachbody.com). I used to work out in the gym all the time, then I dropped it b/c it got too expensive. My husband was the one who saw the informercial and I have to say, it works great. It costs about $75 total and it has 6 routines that include weights and cardio and they interchange over a 90 day period. I tried a few different "do it yourself" things, but I just didn't have the discipline, this is like having a personal trainer at home. Its tough, but the results are great.
