I will officially be rejoining Weight Watchers at Work tomorrow. We have tried to get WW at Work going before but never had enough people to join. We now have 22 and I can't wait to get started. Smile

Nutrient Content

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
