Hey Everyone,
Im 25 and have been batteling my weight alot in the past year due to health issues (Crohns disease and a two knee injuries). Im basically just trying to get myself in a healthy lifestyle and get fit. My actual weight # is not my biggest concern, I would just like to be happy with myself and stay healthy!
My biggest hurdle: Im a coke addict (haha!) Seriously though soda is my weakness, and the habit I know I need to break. The other is getting my but motivated to actually workout.
I'm taking the first step on here to introduce myself and try to find some buddies for motivation and positive encouragement!

a friend of mine from work used 2 drink alot of soda.. she resently stopped and lost 10 lbs.. nows she just drinks one a day.. and perffers water or crystal light over soda.. Hopefully you can do it 2! So gud luck.. Buy a water bottle and make it like ur cell phone.. or a child.. it goes everywhere with u.. lolOne of my friends at work had a coke addiction.. She stopped drinking it for a whule and

How is the Coke addiction coming? I used to have a coworker, that decided to drink a bottle of water before she was allowed to drink a can of coke. It was tough at first, but after a week or so, she no longer wanted the coke once she was done her water bottle. Then she started noticing how bad her sugar highs were and how bloated the carbonated soda was making her, and now she won't tough any soda. Maybe this could work for you too?

Have your tried yoga and pilates? They shouldn't bother your knees too much.
