Hi! I hope you don't get offended when I say this but looking at your menu it doesn't look like you're following Atkins at all.
Have you read the book? I'd suggest 2002 or earlier edition.
Atkins is a whole lot more than just eating less bad carbs, it's about eliminating them.
Here are a couple websites you can look at to get you more on track until you are able to get a copy of the book (or re-read it if you have one).

I wish you much success and if you have any questions I'd be happy to help
I've had wonderful success with the plan and it does work when followed properly.
Good Luck!

please don't take this the wrong way but... eat more.
You've been trying to live on 500-800cals per day... the fist goal for all of us is to be healthy.
As Hlane said atkins is based on eliminating carbs not reducing or limiting carbs. Personally I can't condone the diet but some love it and the research is split on the long term health factors.

Both of the above commentators make good points. You do allow carbs, and that will prevent progress. However, you eat very little, and that will also put your body into starvation mode. Rethink your foods a little, I would say.

well, now I feel great because I have been killing myself. Although, i will agree with most of you because I did eat a lot of carbs on the weekend and monday and TODAY. in the beginning of the diet , i felt great about it but now I am getting tired of all that fat and protein that is sickening me. I FEEL LIKE AUITTING NOW............................... there is no point in continuing this if i am don't know how to do it right....

Please don't give up.
Here is the list of exactly what to eat. Just don't eat anything other than whats on this list for the next 2 weeks and then re-evaulate...

And there is no reason on Atkins to limit your calories to such low levels. Just eat from the list until you are satisfied not stuffed. When I stated my calories ranged from 1600 to 2200 per day. Your fat intake is supposed to be higher on this plan. Low fat & low carb is not a good combo. Higher fat = higher calories, during induction don't even worry about that
Good Luck!

Dr Atkins does say eat until satisfied so if you are satisfied at 600 cal so be it but just eat from the induction list. I wouldn't keep your calories that low long term though or else your body will hold on to the weight thinking it's starving. I really believe if you eat the approved foods and follow the plan as written your calories will just naturally go up without you trying.
Here is a sample menu:
Meal No. 1
Quiche made with egg, cheese, and broccoli
Meal No. 2
Ham slices, tomato slice & mayo rolled into romaine lettuce leaf
Meal No. 3
pepperoni slices and string cheese
Meal No. 4
Baked chicken breasts w/ asparagus with butter
Meal No. 5
Celery & cucumber dipped in ranch

Don't get caught up in the myth that Atkins is all Fat and Protein. Those rumors are started by the people who don't like Atkins and never will, no matter how many studies prove Atkins is not only safe, but a very healthy life style. You should be eating lots of Green leafy veggies with your meals. At least a cup of Salad a day and green beans. Broccoli is good as well as cauliflower, and you can have real cheese on em. There are endless meal combinations and recipes that will get you through Induction. Also, Induction is designed to make your body go into Ketosis, which makes it convert from burning the Carbs your'e eating and start burning the available fat. Our bodies are made to store fat in times of plenty. Still the best source of Atkins information is

.
One more thing. The main rule with Atkins is eat Fresh. Avoid packaged, pre-processed foods, especially cereals and low fat snacks. A good rule to apply is to shop only through the outside isle of the grocery store and avoid the middle isles. All of the good stuff is on the outer shelves.

Be careful getting information from Atkins.com. It is now ran by a corp since the Dr passed away & the company was sold. They are about making $$, selling products and really pushing those on the site. You best bet is to read the book, written before Dr Atkins passed.
