Hi everyone! I am really excited about discovering this site and hope to find the support I need. I have so much to lose and get really discouraged lately. I broke my leg not long ago and I am still recovering from that and walking is very painful, so this activity challenge is great for me. 30 minutes of exercise a day, WOOHOO! Wink

I'm alsop recovering from an injury that has put me on the sidelines for the last year, and it has been so hard to force myself to get started on an exercise plan, but this challenge has inspired me to start doing what I know needs to be done. Today my exercise was to mow lawns for over an hour and it was hard after being idle for so long, but I feel great now t hat it is done!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
