I have been on WW since 01/02/09 but just set up an acct here yesterday.
I love the site so far but have a question about the food journal.

Why does it record my plan, cals and all that but not show my total daily pts eaten??

Or am I just missing it somewhere??

Hi you have to edit your account and add it to what you want to track. Be careful some of the points are a little different that weight watcher points. Usually it is a wash but I have see posts that some items are off. Thanks erinEmbarassed

On your food diary after you enter your food right next to it will show how many points each item is worth and next to the meal will the total eaten for each meal and at the top of your page will show your total for the day. Hope this helps without being anymore confusing.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
