I like the kettle bell video's. 40 minutes videos you exercise for one minute then rest 1 minute. Your heart rate gets very high. I like Go Fit with Sarah Lurie, volume one and two I bought at target. Kettle bells also sold their I didn't go heavier then 15lbs.

I saw something on Kettle bell's this morning on the news. It looks interesting. I have a touchy back though. It almost looks like it might not be good for people with back problems. What do you think?

I'm still very curious about them myself, but my Chiropracter tells me they're just another fad and you can work out with similar results w/ other free-weights or medicine balls. As for using your back muscles any core exercises will utilize your back, you just need to start off slowly and carefully.

bottom abs
The lower abs are typically the last to be seen; it's the stubborn area for a guy. For a woman, it's the bum.

What leg workouts can I do at home if I don't have access to a gym?
I do squats (quads, thighs, bum) lunges (quads, thighs, bum) toe raises (calves) biking on highest setting (quads seem to feel that the most) and that's more or less it. You can add weight (dumbbells ...
