Fried chicken cravings...

I'm really really wanting a fried chicken sandwich for lunch. There is this place nearby that fries it fresh on order...yum...I wonder how much a boneless friend chicken breast withOUT skin is worth?

Maybe you should just have it, no fries with it, get that craving out of your system, then get right back on your program. That a lot of times avoids an all out binge.

yeah but I have a special event tonight (I work with wine & food) that is going to have a dinner prepared and I have NO idea what will be there...kinda need to save my points for that. I'm just venting out my craving, LOL...maybe if I talk about it, it will go away Wink

you could get it, prepare yourself to only eat half and only eat half, or order a side salad, take out the bread and eat the chicken w/ the salad!

i have a recipe for baked fried crumble melba toasts into a fine mist...soak the chicken in milk with a couple drops of a hot sause or put ground red pepper in the cracker mix...very lightly bread the chicken...put on foil lined pan - spray with pam for grilling and really does taste and crunch like really fried chicken

Try slicing some chicken breasts,and browning on a high temp (like 7 out of 10) in a LITTLE olive oil, I do this for salads and stir frys cause it gives the chicken a good fried taste with out being gross. Remember to blot off the excess oil to lower the calories.
