Eat, Enjoy, Energize members love how satisfying and delicious life is on the Beach. They're enjoying how their clothes fit better and how their unhealthy cravings have vanished while they're eating a variety of tasty foods — and makes it easy! Another breakthrough: Because members are enjoying newfound energy, their motivation to become fit and healthy keeps getting stronger. Here are some of the great things they're discovering:

I was so thrilled to see that I lost 5 pounds this week!* In addition to changing the way I eat, I've been walking and have started back with Pilates. Just before starting I had lost 2 pounds, and it took a lot more effort to lose that than it did to lose the 5 pounds from this past week.

I just weighed in and I have lost 13 pounds so far...Phase 2 rocks! I have also started training for the Shamrock Shuffle 8K run here in Chicago. In addition to running, I do Pilates and yoga — I had no idea how much I would like exercising. I have seen great results: Inches are coming off and my weight is coming down. I am finally beginning to feel like my old self from 10 years ago (smile).

One of the coolest things about the South Beach Diet is all the FLAVORS (and colors)! Nothing is bland!

I am so happy that I lost 7.8 pounds on the first week* of the South Beach Diet! I have eaten more this week than before I started — and I have had no cravings. I have two bad knees and I use a cane, but I exercise at a gym and I do a pool program four times a week to keep me moving. The results are so motivating!capecodboop (3305234)
