I am knew to this site. I noticed today after updating my weight, my weight ticker went from Red to Yellow. I have searched and can't find out what the color change means. I haven't hit 10% loss or anything, so was just curious.
Thanks,
JANA

Hi .. I was confused the first time I saw a color change myself. Your progress line changes color after every 25% of your goal is reached. Congratulations on your color change! I hope to have my bar change soon.

sL33...Go under your MyFatSecret. On the right hand side you will see signature, under there you can request to add the ticker to your signature post.

canyonmn...THANKS. I didn't realize that was what it meants. I can't believe I have actually lost 25% of my goal. I have been focused on hitting a 10% loss and never looked at the fact I am 1/4 of the way to the finish line

the ticker colour means the percentage that you have been losing since you registred here on fat secret...like if you are folowing your diet 25%,50% or 100% being 100% green means that you reached your goal
hope this was informative.
have a nice week.

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
It depends. I can't stand eating it with fruit or anything sweet, like most people do.

COCONUT WATER
I love coconut water & prefer Harmless Harvest raw coconut water. It's more expensive, but worth it, I think. I get it at Whole Foods or a local health food store.
