ihave been reading all the success stories on the fat smash diet.I have just started Phase 1.Is there anyone out there who did everything they were supposed to and still did not lose any weight during phase 1?

Bottom line: if you follow the diet, you will lose weight. Watch your portions, eat often, and exercise. You will do fine! If you can stand it, don't weigh yourself until day 9. The first time I did the diet, I waited and was blown away by 9lbs. This time, I'm addicted to weighing myself everyday.

Am I on right track
Hi guys. This is my reading for the day. Fat: 48.78 Carbs: 14.08 Sugar: 4.18, Nett Carbs 9.18 and Protien: 28.21 and Cals: 590. Does this sound right.
