Bottom line: if you follow the diet, you will lose weight. Watch your portions, eat often, and exercise. You will do fine! If you can stand it, don't weigh yourself until day 9. I gave my bars away, I did get those and some coupons, but the little book is handy. I still carry it around as you know my plan doesn't fit Atkins. Though we match on lots of things... it is a handy ...
