ihave been reading all the success stories on the fat smash diet.I have just started Phase 1.Is there anyone out there who did everything they were supposed to and still did not lose any weight during phase 1?

The first time I did fat smash, I lost 9lbs in phase 1. I will be done with phase 1 on Sunday, I lost 4lbs before I joined fatsecret, and we will see on Sunday. Bottom line: if you follow the diet, you will lose weight. Watch your portions, eat often, and exercise. You will do fine! If you can stand it, don't weigh yourself until day 9. The first time I did the diet, I waited and was blown away by 9lbs. This time, I'm addicted to weighing myself everyday.

Doing so well today then had a few shiras''s followed by pot noodle 450 call! !! Yikes so regretting it now. Bed calling me thinks.
